Kundalini Yoga is a more rigorous, faster paced yoga. Constant movement and repetition create energy. It works you hard but at your own level and promotes all the benefits of yoga and can contribute to greater energy and weight control.

Power Yoga is a more rigorous, faster paced yoga (a combination of astanga, kundalini, acu-yoga and chi kung) producing heat in the body. Has long slow stretches and deep relaxation at the end. It works you hard but at your own level and promotes all the benefits of yoga and can contribute to weight control.

Restorative Yoga is a class based on the work of Judith Lassiter, Sam Dworkis, Dr. Reed Gach, Dr. Howard Kent and Mukunda Stiles’ Structural Yoga Therapy.
