Registration
Please complete the Confidential Registration Form and pay the One-Time Registration Fee of $10: After student is in "drop" status for one year, a new registration form and fee is required. All registrations go through this office, not individual teachers, due to our waiting list and strict class size policy. Registration form, fee and tuition payment is confirmation of your place in class. If we don’t offer something that meets your needs, please let us know. We keep waiting lists for potential classes.
One Free Class
It is best to register to attend your introductory free class. If you should decide to withdraw after your initial class, there is no charge for that class and you need not register.
Types of Registry
After your free class, it is best to register for the full 8-week session (meaning you qualify as a "regular student"). As a regular student for 8 weeks, you qualify for pre-registration and the discounts thereof. You may elect to be a "4-class-card-student" or a "drop-in-student." The Registration fee of $10 still applies.
Registration is Transferable
Another person is permitted to take your place provided they complete the confidential registration form and pay the registration fee.
Drop-ins
Please note that drop - ins are permitted on a space available basis only. Pre-registered students and make-up students are given preference. This means that if the class is full and you are not a regular student, you may not be able to drop-in at that time. You will certainly be welcome to return some other date and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Our Commitment to You: Classes Begin On Time
To begin "on time" it is necessary to be settled in your place BEFORE the actual beginning time. The class will end at the announced ending time. Class time does not include time it takes to set up before, put everything away after, restroom, change of clothes, etc. If you are late, please set up IN THE BACK OF THE ROOM if possible, QUICKLY AND QUIETLY so as not to disturb the class. If you need to leave before the ending class time, please notify the teacher AND set up in the back so as not to disturb the class. Given that our commitment to you is honored, please make the commitment to be in place for class before starting time and to sit quietly in place until the class has officially ended.
Make-Ups
If you should need to miss a class during your 8 - week session, you are invited to attend any other "same level" class as a make-up. 1) Your make-ups pass forward only one 8-week session. 2) Make-ups may only be taken in sessions for which you are already enrolled and tuition has been paid. 3) If you missed several classes due to extenuating circumstances, please make arrangements with Ren.
No Make-Ups for Holidays
In any session you will receive 8 classes, even if holidays are on the schedule.
No Drinks, No Cell Phones In the Yoga Room
