About Us 

Fredericksburg Healing Arts & Yoga has been serving the Fredericksburg area since 1984 providing all levels of classes, workshops, yoga teacher training and retreats.

As of April 2, 2016, Healing Arts will also be offering classes, workshops and yoga teacher training at Bodyworks Athletic Club in downtown Fredericksburg.

At these locations, Healing Arts offers yoga for all skill levels including but not limited to therapeutic classes for those experiencing physical limitations (due to an injury, illness, or age-related condition) and certification programs for experienced practitioners who may aspire to teach. In addition, special effort is made to provide workshops to introduce children/teenagers, seniors, pre/post natal students (and others) to ways in which yoga can increase strength, flexibility, and a greater feeling of comfort and wellness. 

All students have the opportunity to experience the practice and philosophy of yoga as well as become introduced to many related topics such as Meditation, Chi Gong, Energy Medicine, Acu-Yoga, Aromatherapy, Homeopathy and more.
